First race....

First race...Over 4 years ago. Devin is now tall as me and running stocklite.

Tires....

The key to victory....Yep tires and keeping them sized and prepped. The new 22's are looking good. Wish I knew what to do with our 5 race old 33's to get them back up to speed....? I think we are gonna run real well Saturday night.

One of many good starts he had from the pole....It took 28 laps to run 15....Lots of yellows till he did a 360 down the front straight and kept on going.

The move for the lead in the heat...He didn't spin Clint but did get him a little loose. Went on to win the heat but Kevin was close.

One too many times on the high side...He spun the next lap I think...Still a good race.

This weeks race talk about NGMS @ 4cycle.com.....

Who is going to be there?I'll be back attending my first race back since last year sometime, just got myself a phenom today have it ready this weekend hopefully.Who has been winning stock lite and medium.

Not us....Some of the Young guns moving up from gold have ran well so far this year.Track is in great shape.Money in Animal Heavy this Sat. gates open at 11 racing starts around 2.Brian

I talked to Griffin yesterday and it sounded like they had our kinda luck at Toney....We had the wrong LF tire on the kart for Saturday's main....Only caused us to miss the front stagger by 3/8".....Tank came loose from the carb during the week befores main. maybe we will get all the kinks worked out before points races start. If Devin had a half decent crew chief he might stand a chance of winning one....LOL

We plan on running next Sunday if anyone is interested in helpin us noobs out....we will be there for the full practice and have no clue how we'll do but we can hope :)

On another note.....would one of ya'll mind pming me a list of MUST HAVE items while at the track. I know all of the kart stuff but its the cleaning, maintenance, and blah blah blah that I have yet to experience....heh Figured I might as well get this stuff now before I found out the hard way come next weekend...heh Thanks again :)

One heck of a race today guys, we did alright this weekend, Had a dang good kart in the heat, should have got second but got t-boned, but better luck next weekend if I am out there.

Yep....Blake U were fast tonight.
Thanx Tony...We did have a great day at the track....Maybe the best ever. Devin won the heat and ran upfront in the main till he tried to hold the high-line one too many times. The falcon was rolling and on a rail. Just think what we could do with one of them fancy high dollar motors.....LOLIt feels good to know.....When we get everything right we can run with-um.....No question for us anymore about Gold or Lite....It's lite all the way.BrianX's DadP.S. Tony I got a 03 Nemi and a motor Devin built....Tires are no problem....Just bring U a helmet.

Yea, you guys looked good in the heat man, I think that your tires just went away on you is all, good heat race tires, bad feature tires, I felt kinda tight in the feature, but The guy who ended up winning was on burris. Took a glance at everyone to see if they were on maxxis or burris, But Claude took care of me tonite and couldnt ask for better friends and help. I showed up with not a tire or gear or anything, and he gave me a kart to put in the winners circle almost.

Blake...We tried our Burris in mid-practice and couldn't get out of our own way....So I went back to what had worked before in the heat.Thanx John....Nice run for U today in animal money.

Maybe today we can get everything right on the kart with no mistakes....It's cold and cloudy and that is not our kind of track. I will have to double check everything.

Began working black Maxxis HT's last night with LT prep....It takes awhile for it to dry so I only got one coat on them....Our blue Maxxis sized up good if they will stay. Burris 33's have had 3 rounds of WD-40 so far this week.

It is supposed to be in the low 50 Saturday and cloudy....I hate to put the new 22's on the track but we might have to or run our softies....?

Got to re-fiberglass the nose tonight or tomorrow night.....I will never buy a G-Man body again they suck.

Pics of our new Falcon chassis.....

Falcon has been good...We have just had our fair share of bad luck.....

Tank came off in the main running 4th out of 15.....Not bad for his first race back this year.

We got the wrong LF on it for the main this past weekend and missed the front stagger by about 3/8".....Still ran 6th and turned a 13.50 FT.

Thinking about running the 100 lap race at Dexter April 8th...Devin says he can handle it.
